How it works

What matters with social media.

One message, three channels

You have things you want to get out there. I turn them into the format that works on each platform.

LinkedIn rewards longer, substantive text. Instagram needs a good image. Facebook works locally and personally. The core stays the same, the form changes.

Regular, not sporadic

A single post followed by two months of radio silence does little. The effect comes from consistency.

A content plan keeps the frequency up without the stress. Breaks are built in, but there are no weeks where nothing goes out.

What posts achieve

Social media rarely makes a sale outright, it builds presence slowly. Posts lead to reactions, reactions lead to profile visits, profile visits lead to inquiries.

Platforms

Which channels fit?

  • Google Business Profile For whom: Local businesses, trades, hospitality, practices. The first place people find you in the region. Posts here often work more directly than any social post. Typical: Regular posts about offers, events and news, alongside the social plan.
  • LinkedIn For whom: B2B, consulting fields, personal brands. The strongest channel for decision-makers. Anyone who wants clients should be visible here. Typical: 4 to 8 posts per month, personal profile and company page together.
  • Instagram For whom: Visually strong brands, B2C, lifestyle, trades. Stories, reels and posts. Photos are a requirement here, not optional. Typical: 8 to 12 posts plus 2 to 4 reels per month.
  • Facebook For whom: Local service providers, hospitality, events. Organic reach is low, but still important for events and older audiences. Typical: Run alongside Instagram, cross-posting where it makes sense.
  • TikTok For whom: Younger audiences, creative brands, trends. On request. Worth an honest look at whether your audience is actually there. Typical: 3 to 5 reels per week, high frequency, low effort per piece.

    We work out which platforms make sense for your audience and where you stand today.

    Setup

    From CHF 690, one time. Setting up channels, brand templates, a visual and tonal direction, a starter set of topics. The foundation everything else builds on.

  3. 03

    Your material

    You drop photos and notes on upcoming events into a shared folder. There is no good post without material, so it is a fixed part of how we work together. I remind you in good time.

  4. 04

    Approve the month

    I plan the whole month, you approve it with one click. After that everything goes out automatically at the right times.

  5. 05

    Monthly report

    What went out, what works, what I recommend. A strategy update each quarter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

  • Which platforms do you manage?

    LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook on a regular basis. TikTok on request. I do not run Twitter/X regularly, because the reach and tone are hard to plan around.

  • Do I need an ad budget?

    For purely organic posts, no. If you want to grow faster, an ad budget comes on top. Realistically from CHF 300 per month for Meta, from CHF 1’000 for LinkedIn Ads.

  • Who writes the copy?

    I do. I use AI as a writing aid, but every text passes through my hands before it goes live.

  • What do I have to provide?

    Photos and a few notes on what is happening at your end, once a month, into a shared folder. That is a must, not a nice-to-have. To cover the gaps I build up a stock of evergreen topics at the start, but without your material the feed stays lifeless. I remind you in good time so nothing slips through.

  • Do I need a graphic designer as well?

    For simple post graphics, no. For elaborate designs, photo shoots or reels with video footage, I bring in partners.

  • Can I pause?

    Yes. You can pause with two weeks’ notice. Paused months are not billed.

  • Do you reply to comments?

    Not by default, because that voice should stay yours. On request I keep an eye on them and flag anything important. Full community management is available as an add-on.

  • What if I want to switch platforms?

    We talk it through in the quarterly review and adjust the plan. Within the same hours, at no extra cost.

  • How long am I committed?

    A minimum term of three months, after that cancellable monthly. Social media needs a bit of a run-up before it shows any effect.

  • Can I add photo and video sessions?

    Yes. A half-day photo session in Switzerland from CHF 800. Reel editing from CHF 180 each. You provide the footage, I edit.

  • What does the report look like?

    A one-page PDF or a screenshot of the dashboard. An overview of hours, the key numbers per channel, two to three recommendations.
