What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. 30 to 60 minutes, in person or by video call. You decide afterwards, at your own pace, whether we are a good fit.

Am I tied to you once I start?
No. If you move on to someone else after launch, you get all the access details, the code and the data. No lock-in, no hidden dependencies.

WordPress or custom built, which is better for me?
WordPress if you want to maintain content yourself and need a familiar editor. Custom built if speed and long-term stability matter more. I build both, and we decide together which one suits you.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. For ongoing projects, usually much faster.

Do I work only with you, or is there a team?
Only with me. Solo since 2017. If I bring in a partner for a specialised task (elaborate illustrations, for example), I say so openly, so you know who does what.

Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. First a review, then a proposal for a clean handover. For maintenance clients the review is free.

What happens if I cancel the maintenance plan?
The minimum term is 12 months, billed annually. After that you can cancel at the end of any month. Your site is handed over complete and ready to run, with all the access details passed cleanly to you.
